Its Time to Drink


Welcome Boss Ladies!


Drinks are underrated. They are crazy cheap, insanely tasty, and offer loads of health benefits. I love sipping on little cups of goodness throughout my day. This week I am going to be showing some of my favorite drinks that help keep me feeling my best no matter how stressful my week is.





1. Iced Matcha Tea

I have slowly been perfecting my green tea preparation. I love whisking matcha mix with a little bit of honey and then adding coconut almond milk and ice to it. It makes a sweet matcha green tea drink that is truly addictive. Matcha tea can help keep you focused, reduce stress, detox the body, enhance your mood, promote weight loss, and rejuvenate your skin. It is practically a super food.


2. Lemon Water

Lemon water is a great way to cleanse your body. It boosts your immune system, reduces inflammation, promotes weight loss, and helps clear your skin. Lemon water always leaves my body feeling great. I usually like to drink it at the end of my night to help fight inflammation.


3. Lime, cucumber, mint detox water

This may sound like a weird combo, but it is actually a delicious drink to sip on. Cucumber helps to clear your skin, flush out toxins, lowers blood pressure, and supply your body with antioxidants. Mint helps with digestion and reduces tiredness. This drink will leave you feeling refreshed and is perfect rejuvenating yourself in the middle of your day.


4. Apple cider vinegar

I mix two tablespoons of apple cider into a glass of water and drink it firs thing in the morning when I wake up. Now this isn’t the tastiest of drinks, but it is amazing you’re your health. It jumpstarts your metabolism and your immune system.

5. Kombucha

Kombucha is a fermented tea that comes in a variety of flavors. There is a reason this drink had become so popular. It detoxifies your system, helps your digestion, and boosts your energy. My favorite flavor is blueberry and I love to drink this whenever I feel I need a boost.

6. Golden Lattes

Golden lattes have cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric. It is important to add a small pinch of pepper to your latte to activate the turmeric. Turmeric is a soothing ingredient that helps calm inflammation. It is great for your gut health and I recommend drinking it before you go to sleep.


7. Black Coffee

A cup of black coffee is sometimes the only thing that gets me through my morning. Not only is coffee the perfect pick me up, it also keeps your liver healthy, cleanses toxins out of your system, helps with weight loss, helps your heart stay healthy, reduces stress, and prevents Parkinson’s. I would recommend not adding sugar or creamer to your coffee. I know it makes it taste a lot better and cuts through the bitterness, but it also adds a lot of sugar and chemicals to your drink. To get the most out of your cup, try to keep it black.
